Alicia Saint

Alicia’s coaching business is built on over 25 years of diverse corporate experience with leadership roles in top tier companies in the areas of Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain.  Alicia’s ability to bring out the best in teams, be a thought leader and successfully lead through significant change won her several awards throughout her career. Alicia leverages this leadership experience in her business coaching and mentoring clients to be the best leaders of their own lives. 

Alicia is known as a trusted and intuitive coach, working with a wide range of clients who want to achieve the same goal, live their life on purpose. 

Alicia’s passion for her coaching programs and workshops is based on her personal experience, recognizing that growth, learning and fulfillment starts with knowing who you are, working from the “inside out”. Getting clarity on your passion and purpose gives you a path forward, knowing what makes you unique gives you the confidence to be authentic and aligning your purpose and gifts, will create your path and a barometer for every decision in your life.

Heather built her coaching business, Aspiring Growth, to serve her clients' desires to enhance their performance, embrace their passions, and embody their purpose. She brings more than 20 years of experience focused on extraordinary client service, demonstrating value, and the science and art of sales.

In early sales roles, Heather discovered a fascination with human connection and the power of language. She cultivated her skills through research, training, and. hands-on experience. 

Today, Heather brings her passion for language and human connection into her work helping her clients build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their clients, their teams, and those they love.

Heather spent more than 18 years with RBC Wealth Management, Canada’s leading wealth management firm, where she supported wealth professionals, wealth leaders and their teams .

Her diverse leadership experience includes roles in Product Management, Sales Training & Enablement, and Diversity.

Heather is known for bringing her experience, intuition, direct communication and compassion into her work as coach and workshop facilitator.
